They clean the gutters by hand, collect all debris for compost, blow off any remaining debris, and then flush the gutters with water to make sure everything is clean and flowing properly. Can you clean if I'm not home?
Yes. Most clients prefer it. Exterior service just needs a water spigot. For interior, we coordinate access securely. Invoice goes by email when we're done.
What if it rains after?
Rain doesn't dirty clean glass - it dirties already-dirty glass. Once we strip the windows, rain sheets right off. We also watch the forecast.
Tinted, leaded, or specialty windows?
Yes. Tinted glass gets ammonia-free cleaner and soft cloths to protect the film. Leaded and stained glass get hand detailing. We assess everything during the quote.
